3. Products And Pricing
We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image, or specification is free of error. Colours may vary between screens. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where we suspect fraud or where a product is unavailable. A confirmation email means we received your order, not that we have accepted it.
5. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are valid only for the products, period and conditions stated. Unless we say otherwise a code may be used once per customer and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.
6. Shipping, Returns And Warranty
Shipping terms, the 30-day return window and our 1-year limited warranty are set out on the Shipping & Returns and Warranty pages and form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, photography, artwork, logos and product imaging, is owned by Committed Waterfowl Decoys or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it with automated systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or any product bought through it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Committed Waterfowl Decoys is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
