Free Shipping On 3+ Dozen
Order three dozen decoys or more and shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Your cart shows a live tally of how many dozen you have and how many you still need.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are not included in the free shipping offer. Rates for those destinations are calculated at checkout.
How Shipping Is Calculated
Orders under the free shipping threshold are rated by total package weight and destination region. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Silhouette decoys pack flat and stack tight, so shipping on a large spread costs far less than the equivalent order of full-body decoys.
How Long It Takes
Orders are picked and packed at our facility in the USA and typically leave within 1 to 2 business days. You get a confirmation email the moment you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as the box is on a truck.
Most spreads go out UPS Ground. For lower-48 addresses that has been landing at roughly 3 to 5 business days in transit, so plan on about a week from order to doorstep. Western states tend to run quicker than that; the far Northeast tends to run a day or two longer.
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada take longer and are quoted at checkout.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused product in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the return we will email you about approval and refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error or a warranty claim.
Damaged Or Missing Items
Photograph the box and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. We replace damaged items at no cost.
Warranty
Separate from returns, every decoy carries a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
